These are a few of my Favourite Smell's.....

Chandrika Soap: Oh man! I love this soap... it smells like Eden, I mean if the Garden of Eden had a smell, this is how it would smell. It has this fresh earthy kinda smell, probably like how our world would have smelt before we started ransacking it.

Revive Liquid Starch: This is another smell I am crazy about. My clothes smell awesome after using this thing, it's like warm sunshine. Whenever I wear these starched clothes I practically fall in love with myself. It's like basking in the glow of a beautiful sunshine day.

Nivea Powder: Oh, this has a wonderful fragrance, I use it all the time for no reason. I carry it in my bag and keep rubbing some on whenever I feel like it. It has an uplifting kinda smell, kinda like angels when they move between clouds. I have images for each smell in my head. Now you know why I get sucked into books... if a mere smell can give me such images, then imagine pages and pages of prose, it literally takes me away, makes me live the character's life.

Calgon's Moonpetal Musk: Anju had given me this once as something to remember her by after college and for other reasons. It's one of the best smells created by man, it pulls you in... keeps you entranced. Smells like a mystical place so far removed from earth, it's like moving into an unfamiliar but astoundingly spellbinding place that can fill up your senses.

Channel's Body Mist: Vinod got this for me and nam when he had come down last year for Tina's wedding. Initially I didn't like it much, t'was a bit too strong nothin like the earthy or the mystical smell. It was just too strong like being stuck somewhere and feeling claustrophobic. Then after a while I learnt to use it properly by holding it far from the body and then spraying it, so that you get covered by a mist. Duh, took me long enough to figure that out. Anyway, I really like that smell now. I spray a generous quantity of it on my handkerchief before I leave for work, so when I travel around the city using the local transport that crosses over many quaint bridges with unmentionable stuff flowing beneath it, I know I will survive.

There are many more smells.. will write about them later...

Coco mademoiselle is definitely one of the best perfumes created by man!

ooh I like such fragrant posts.
oh by the way, Eden would smell like the body shop or Lush or Incanto Shine by Salvatore Ferragamo.

Nice Ad....

Wouldn't you say so... Nam and me were in this huge clothing store and we were making fun of all the models on display (there was one of hrithik in which he looked kinda gayish) when we came across this one. Seriously, dark people are more better looking....

My school teachers...

So I got to thinking bout my school days recently and it saddened me that I was starting to forget a few teachers who had shaped my life, I have already forgotten nearly half the classmates... though its not my fault. Some people just don't want to join facebook, then how can you find them in this big world. Even if I do find them, there is not much to talk beyond the 'where are you & what are you doing' phrases. But the teachers are another matter, they deserve to be remembered for moulding us. I gotta hand it to the convent school I studied in, they really knew how to select their educators... all the teachers I had shared a genuine passion for teaching and above that they had strong moral values and faith which invariably shaped our lives. To them being a good person was what mattered the most and they made sure we grasped this knowledge, it also helped that I had staunch catholic parents who cemented this view. Anyway, I just wanted to jot down stuff bout my teacher

A tribute to the crazy bunch....

Here are a few picutres that won't find a place in the wedding album... but they were equally (some of them, even more) memorable. Everybody loves sunoj.... I was so happy to see them all...... (first time they were coming to my new place) Sunoj again.... hanging out with this guy is like shopping, ice cream, chocolates... etc. You can't get enough of them. The crazy cousins gave us a very interesting gift... this gift will be with us for six months then it will start its cycle of educating the owners. Though I doubt my cousins need much education in that department. It was fun opening the book and Jardin being the smart guy wanted somethin read from page 69. It was so cute the way Sunoj quickly picked up "The Magic Faraway Tree Series" from the corner and gave me to hold up when Robert uncle walked into the room (turns out he was the one who bought the book). I still remember Robert uncle laughing his head off.... good times. This wa
