Excerpts from my diary...

NEVER stop doing your pushups, that is one exercise which gives you upper body strength. Never not love, that means when you feel and do things with love, you're making life beautiful for you and everyone around you. Know that life is good, you may not understand or even figure out what you're supposed to do or be, but with good intentions and the air of positivity surrounding you, life will always be good even when it is troublesome. Eat healthy, you'll feel good in your gut... but don't go overboard with the diet. Over time you'll tend to figure out what suits you, don't define yourself to any diet, it beats the purpose of sharing/breaking of food with family and friends. Read, always read and gather words, you like them. Read the good stuff that makes you gasp in wonder and happy to be alive. Always spend time with children, nothing purer on earth. Learn not to hear things that serve nobody, the acrid bitterness and negativity that builds up in people can drain your energy, so learn to block out unwanted noise. Feel, OH GOD please feel, feel it all, feel everything... hate, remorse, anger, nothingness, love, kindness, affection, longing, passion, cravings, hurt, confusion, joy, insanity... feel it all, but always love yourself through it all. Feelings are natural, what makes them wrong or right is how we intend to act upon them. So with love as a basis, your intentions are bound to be good. Trust the timing of the universe, everything falls into place, or rather everything is always in place for the kind of person you are evolving into. Know love goes on and on and on, you can feel it in the sun, the moon whispers it every night and the stars hide it in your greying tresses. Love is all there is, you'll wake up to it when it finds you and floods your being and nothing will ever be the same after that.

Wouldn't you say so... Nam and me were in this huge clothing store and we were making fun of all the models on display (there was one of hrithik in which he looked kinda gayish) when we came across this one. Seriously, dark people are more better looking....

6 pm come soooooooon!

So here I am sitting in office on a Saturday and wondering what to do…. I don’t mind sitting here though, everybody is so relaxed and nobody ever works, or maybe they do work, only it doesn’t seem like that. It’s actually quiet and peaceful; I guess everybody is pretending to work… like me. I have a huge list in my head about the things I want to do tomorrow, and going to the library tops that list. I just finished reading “Circle of Friends” by Maeve Binchy and I loved it. It’s a story about two girls who grow up together in a convent school and when its time to go to university in the big town of Dublin, they discover gradually that they can depend on each other and their convent school upbringing to see them through the trying times. It was beautifully written, and it struck so close to home. I picked up another M&B book along with this Binchy book and I am going to return it tomorrow without bothering to complete it. I read the first few pages and I wanted to find that author a...

I hope the world doesn't end in 2012, I have a whole lot of books to read...

I heard bout Flipkart.com from Anju and that site has changed my life. All the books that I have been searching for since centuries, are now sitting prettily on my book shelf. Landmark is a thing of the past now... in fact Landmark is not what it used to be anymore, they do not seem to have stock on most of the good books. So I am deliriously thankful to the creators of flipkart, I seriously love you guys... continue with your fabulous work. Talking of books, here are a few people who have enriched my life with their recommendations of the written word... My brother Manoj for buying the ' The Partner ' by John Grisham . Now I hadn't heard of Grisham before so the book was just lying there at home. One day I got bored and picked it up, that was the start of my love affair with Grisham and legal thrillers in general. This was the first John Grisham book I read and it was in a word mindblowing. I couldn't set the book down, my heart was racing away with Patrick Laniga...
